CNY is just round the corner and you can see lots of nga ku selling in the morning markets and supermarkets. It's actually very easy to make Nga Ku Chips on your own with just Nga Ku, a shredder, Oil and Wok. I found this simple Demo from You Tube and you will know what I mean. There is no seasoning involve. Just slice the nga ku with the shredder into the boiling hot oil in the wok. When it turns brown, drain it in paper towel and sprinkle with some salt. Voila, you've got NGA KU CHIPS. yum yum.
